  • Earn you trust

We approach each project with the goal of creating a trusting relationship. Because a quality hardwood floor will last for decades, we believe in providing products and services that will perform over time.

  • Evaluate your needs & provide estimate

Our process begins by evaluating your needs. We provide free in-home consultations, where we will inspect job-site conditions and provide advice relating to your larger project. We may bring with us flooring and stain samples to start the conversation, and then schedule an appointment in our cutting-edge designer showroom to delve into more options. After you have found the floor you love, we will provide you with a detailed estimate that goes over all the options and alternatives you are considering.

  • Assign senior supervisor & provide schedule

Once you greenlight us, we will get to work immediately. We assign a dedicated job supervisor who will walk you through every step of the process. We plan a schedule that works for you.

  • Show up on time & with modern equipment

We will send out a trained and certified crew that shows up on time, treats your property with respect, and uses the most modern equipment available. We will communicate with you throughout the project, ensuring that no decision is made without you.

  • Ensure your satisfaction & provide you with a life-time warranty

Every job we complete exceeds industry standards. Plus our floors come with a life-time warranty on our work so you can rest assured that your floor will serve you for years to come.

"I have always loved wood. When you think about our history as a species, you realize how intertwined human evolution and wood are. Humans have relied on wood for cooking, warmth, buildings, boats, food, and of course oxygen. We owe a big debt to trees.

Today, most of the materials we use in our homes don't share this historical connection. Keeler, defining the Bay Region style in 1904, called wood "the true California material."

At Tulip, I’ve been trying to find ways to evoke and express this emotional connection we all have with this endlessly inspiring material."
